  1. About the size, what does F mean?

It does mean that the item comes only in one size. Please take the size measurements into consideration before placing an order.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! The general shipping cost per order is 12.9 US dollars.

Please note that it is up to your country's customs service to determine whether or not they will apply customs charges. Customs fees are not calculated into shipping charges at the time orders are placed and are not imposed until packages reach their destination country. These fees must be paid to your country's customs service in order to receive your package.

 

  1. What are your shipping time?

We will proceed the order in 24 hrs. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 business days. Please note, shipping times are based on business days (weekends not included). Due to the COVID-19 situation, delivery speed and availability is variable and subject to change quickly. 

 

  1. How can I pay for my order?

COCO.ME currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal.

 

      4. How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a link for your order (make sure you check your junk mail folder), which allows you to track your order’s progress to you.

 

      5. I want to cancel my order/entered the wrong shipping details, what should I do?

Please send your request (and the right shipping info) to customer service email: info@cocomeshop.com within 1 hour of purchasing the item. You will receive a confirmation on our process in this request. It is important you do this as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee the items has already been sent.

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. How do I return/exchange an order?

If you would like to return/exchange a product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. You can submit the return/exchange request by contacting customer service email: info@cocomeshop.com.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, lingerie, socks and stockings and swimsuit onepieces and bottoms for hygiene reasons. 

 

  1. Who should bear the shipping fee of return/exchange?

  1. When can I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7 work days after your request approved. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. In the meantime, you will also receive a confirmation email.
