Hey, we hope you’re in love with your new items from COCO.ME! But if you change your mind, you can return unwanted items to us within 7 days. The return period starts from the day you receive all items in your order. All returns are subject to the conditions below.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for refund:
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc.
Items must have all tags attached.
Shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear.
If there is any fault with your item, please notify us within 1 working day of receiving the item so we can investigate this.
If you fail to notify us regarding a faulty product within 24 hours of receiving the item, You will not be eligible for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It usually takes 2 weeks for you to receive the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your return is rejected, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue.
