The reason of delay is due to COVID-19 because the shipping information can‘t be updated after the package arrives at local post office. This usually needs 5-10 working days during this special period.
For most cases, you could receive your package within 5-10 working days after it was shipped. However, your order might be delayed due to COVID-19. For that case, please do not worry. Your order has been shipped definitely since we are a legitimate and compliant company.
All orders are deliberately dealt with, packed and shipped with the foremost care in kind consideration of your health and safety. All freight and logistics might have a dealy ranged from 3 to 7 days. Meanwhile we have also extended the return period to 30 days so as to give you a bit more time to get to your neighboring post office.
